These terms apply to apedegen.io and the APEDegen pages for the $APED presale, ApeWatch, staking, and related content. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or take part in the presale.

The website and $APED

APEDegen ($APED) is a digital asset. The site describes the APEDegen ecosystem, including ApeWatch, staking, and the presale. Nothing on the site is an offer of securities, a solicitation to buy an investment, or a promise of profit, listing, liquidity, or future value.

Eligibility

You are responsible for deciding whether you may use the site and buy $APED under the laws that apply to you. Do not use the site if digital-asset purchases are restricted where you live, or if you are not old enough to enter this kind of transaction.

Presale participation

  • Review the network, payment asset, quote, and any published sale terms before you confirm a payment.
  • A submitted crypto payment can be irreversible. APEDegen does not promise a refund.
  • Stage prices, deadlines, allocations, and claim timing can change and will be shown on the site when they are published.
  • Token delivery depends on the published claim or distribution process. A completed payment does not by itself guarantee an immediate transfer.

Wallets and transactions

You connect your own wallet and approve your own transactions. APEDegen does not custody your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys. You are responsible for network fees, the wallet you use, and the address that receives any tokens. Blockchain transactions are public and may be impossible to reverse.

Staking and other features

Staking vaults, reward rates, and lock periods shown on the site are descriptions of the published product. Rates can change, a vault may be unavailable, and rewards are not guaranteed. Illustrative figures on the site are not a promise of return.

No financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the potential loss of capital. Do your own research and only use funds you can afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with payments or wallets, submit false information, or use the site to break the law. APEDegen may limit access, reject a purchase, or pause a feature to protect the site or its users.

The APEDegen name, artwork, and site content are protected. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy the product, branding, or content for your own commercial project without permission.

To the extent the law allows, APEDegen is not liable for lost funds, failed or delayed transactions, wallet mistakes, network congestion, third-party wallet or analytics services, or losses caused by your use of the site.
